You will be responsible for :Co-ordinating and dealing with Vendors and customers.Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendorsPreparation of shipping documentation including sales order, purchase order, Bills of lading, shipping labels and import & export documents.Coordinating & negotiating with vendors, forwarders and shipping lines for freights, bookings and timely movements of shipmentsArranging necessary inspections before shipments.Preparing & Reconciliation of vendor payments, freight charges with Accounts Dept.Preparing the weekly Shipment tracking report and submitting for management review.Requirements :Analytical thinking with the ability to analyze and use critical thinking skills on a regular basis.Accuracy focused with strong attention to detailResults oriented with a positive attitude and ability to drive changePresentation skills to present forecast analysis and trackingAdvanced in Excel & Outlook
