- Dubai real estate market experience is a must
- Professional English Skills
- 1-2 years of Sales Consultant experience is a MUST.
- Strong communication skills.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of sales process.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
- Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work.
-Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant.
