Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee onsite construction activities for various projects.
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required by stakeholders.
Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Address and resolve any onsite issues or disputes promptly to minimize disruptions.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing employees in the UAE, specifically in overseeing construction projects.
Proficiency in project management principles and construction methodologies.
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, materials, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide project teams toward successful project completion.
