Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections of civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, masonry, and structural steel installations

Ensure all construction work adheres to Aramco's stringent quality standards, technical specifications, and safety protocols

Identify and document any non-conformities, and work closely with the project team to implement corrective actions

Maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and documentation to support project quality assurance

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and optimize construction processes

Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and construction personnel to enhance quality awareness and competence

Participate in pre-construction meetings and site visits to provide input on quality planning and control measures

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil QC Inspector, with a proven track record of working on Aramco-approved projects

Aramco-approved QC Inspector certification, demonstrating expertise in construction quality management

Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and testing methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using quality control software, inspection tools, and documentation systems

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
