Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors payroll and EC solutions to meet the human resources needs of our organization. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP SF solutions. Arabic language is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, and Payroll) to meet business requirements.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze HR processes, and recommend SAP SuccessFactors solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring system stability.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation of SAP SuccessFactors processes and configurations.
• Integration: Work closely with other SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the HR landscape.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with HR regulations, internal policies, and SAP best practices.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, including full-cycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors module configuration and customization.
o Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
o Knowledge of integration points with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
o Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
o Project management skills are highly desirable.
Preferred Certifications:
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.
• SAP Certified Application Professional - SAP SuccessFactors for HR experts.
