Job description
As a Business Development Associate at PI Startup Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company formation services in Bahrain. You will be responsible for converting potential leads into successful sales, ensuring excellent communication between our clients and our company, and managing all necessary documentation to support the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on sales leads generated through our website, contact forms, and WhatsApp, and convert them into sales.
Act as a communication bridge between the company and clients to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Draft onboarding documents and other necessary paperwork for new clients.
Book appointments and make necessary arrangements for client visits.
Provide support and information to clients regarding the company formation process in Bahrain.
Job Specification:
Minimum Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong emailing and communication skills.
Highly professional and well-organized.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
