Job Vacancy: Real Estate Accountant & Operations Supervisor
Requirements
Age: Minimum 33 years old.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Driving License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
Residency: Valid and transferable Iqama (for candidates within Saudi Arabia)
Experience: Proven experience in accounting, property management, and hospitality/real estate operations.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting software.
Job Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
Monitor daily revenues and expenditures.
Record income and reconcile Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
Prepare detailed monthly financial reports.
Manage journal entries, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Follow up on collections and schedule rent payments/installments.
Process payroll and manage employee entitlements.
Issue and manage Tax Invoices in compliance with local regulations.
Oversee payment of utility bills, government fees, and service obligations.
Review financial contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow statements.
2. Property Management & Operations
Directly supervise building supervisors and monitor workflow.
Review and draft/redraft lease agreements as needed.
Monitor occupancy rates and manage vacant units.
Liaise with tenants and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with building teams.
Manage relationships with cleaning, maintenance, and security contractors.
Oversee procurement and ensure buildings are well-stocked with essentials.
Manage furniture/equipment inventories and identify shortages.
Organize staff rosters and shift schedules.
3. Reporting & Optimization
Generate periodic reports on occupancy and revenue performance.
Submit operational and financial briefs to senior management.
Maintain organized electronic filing systems for all contracts and documents.
Manage listings on booking platforms, including:
Airbnb
Booking.com
Gathern
Manage the Ejar platform and all associated unified contracts.
