• Nationality: Indian or Pilipino (Preferred)

o Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Reporting Automation)
o Customized and standard report generation skills
o Strong data analytics and data interpretation skills
o Knowledge of Aramco portals, Supplier Portal, and SAP Ariba
o Understanding/experience in Aramco material supply operations
o Material forecasting and delivery planning experience
o Inventory tracking and stock monitoring knowledge
o Coordination with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams
o Ability to handle urgent operational requirements and emergency situations
o Strong documentation and record management skills
o Knowledge of KPI tracking and operational performance reporting
o Email communication and professional correspondence skills
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o Good communication and team coordination skills
o Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain processes preferred
o Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management
o High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
o Some supervisory or managerial experiences preferred

Terms:
• 6 days per week
• Available 24x7 for operational emergencies when required
