We are hiring an experienced Architectural Draftsman for luxury hospitality projects. Applicants should have a strong track record with 4-star or 5-star hotel developments and be able to assist site management during construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans for hotel projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Provide on-site drafting support to the Site Manager during construction phases.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and resolving design-related site issues.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project specifications.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and site documentation.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in 4-star or 5-star hotel projects.
• Proven experience supporting Site Managers or construction teams on-site.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software (Revit is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and site environments.


Preferred Candidate:
• Currently based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and construction standards.
