Requirements

• Graduate of any 2 years vocational or bachelor course related to FURNITURE DESIGN
• Woodworks and upholstery experience highly preferred
• Must be able to correctly and accurately interpret shop drawings. (eg. Cadd and 3d, Floor plan)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field
• Candidate will be involved in the development of furniture designs for production and will be able to suggest ideas to streamline and improve efficiency of production
• Must have working knowledge of AutoCad and SKETCHUP is a must. Able to provide simple shop drawings
• Able to draw and explain ideas
• 3d rendering is NOT required / necessary
