City Point Hotel is looking for a qualified and vigilant Lifeguard to join our recreation team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests in the pool area while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.



Key Responsibilities
Safety & Surveillance: Monitor the swimming pool area constantly to prevent accidents and respond immediately to any emergencies.

Rule Enforcement: Educate guests on pool safety regulations and ensure all policies are followed to maintain a safe environment.

Maintenance: Monitor pool chemistry (pH/Chlorine levels), maintain daily logs, and ensure the pool deck and towel stations are clean and organized.

Guest Service: Acknowledge and assist guests with their needs, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Requirements
Certification: Valid Lifeguard Certification (mandatory) and up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification.

Experience: Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel or fitness center environment is preferred.

Skills: Strong swimming proficiency, excellent observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Communication: Good command of English; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.

Location: Candidates currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa are preferred.
