Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Male Front Office Executive currently available in Bahrain for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, assisting visitors, managing calls, and providing administrative support while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area cleanliness
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain records, files, and office documents
Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Monitor office supplies and report requirements when necessary
Requirements
Currently available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good organizational and time management skills
