Immigo Foreign Visa Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Staff member to join our growing team. If you are organized, flexible, and skilled in handling office documentation and communication, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain office documentation and records.
• Handle visa filing procedures and related paperwork.
• Draft and respond to professional emails effectively.
• Manage and update files using Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate with clients and support daily administrative operations.

Requirements:

• Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with professional email drafting and communication.
• Experience or knowledge in visa filing/documentation procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
