Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manpower Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our workforce deployment, overseeing recruitment for technical and industrial roles, and ensuring all manpower operations align with client requirements—particularly for major industrial projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate the daily deployment of technical, safety, and administrative personnel across various project sites.
• Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify and vet qualified candidates for specialized roles, including riggers, equipment operators, and safety officers.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding manpower supply, ensuring all site-specific requirements and certifications are met.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage personnel records, including mobilization/demobilization papers, gate passes, and safety certifications (e.g., Aramco/SABIC approvals).
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee transportation and accommodation arrangements for the workforce to ensure timely arrival at project locations.
• Reporting: Maintain updated daily strength reports and provide regular updates to management on manpower availability and utilization.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manpower coordination or HR within the construction, oil & gas, or industrial trading sectors.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and local industrial site regulations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus).
• Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experienced with digital reporting tools.
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce.
