Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems for industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and review mechanical design drawings, layouts, and specifications
Perform detailed engineering calculations and system sizing (HVAC, piping, etc.)
Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and design reports
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, architectural)
Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements
Review contractor/shop drawings and provide technical support
Participate in project planning, design reviews, and client meetings

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
9–15 years of relevant experience in mechanical design
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems (preferred)
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering tools
Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects is an advantage
