Sales Engineer / Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking two motivated and capable sales professionals to support our industrial products business. The successful candidates will be responsible for daily communication with clients and full-cycle order coordination, including sourcing, quotation, certification, customs clearance, and delivery arrangement.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain daily communication with customers and follow up on project requirements
Identify suitable suppliers based on customer needs and conduct RFQ/quotation processes
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract signing
Follow up on order execution and shipment schedules
Operate the Saudi SABER system independently
Complete PC and SC certification processes independently
Coordinate customs clearance procedures and arrange timely delivery to project sites
Work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records and update ERP systems regularly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical disciplines
Familiar with Saudi SABER system operations
Able to independently complete PC/SC certification procedures
Familiar with import customs clearance and logistics processes in Saudi Arabia
Proficient in ERP systems
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in Adobe software and Photoshop (PS)
Strong learning ability and good understanding of industrial products
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
English communication skills are preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial products, electrical materials, construction materials, or engineering trading industries
Experience working with Saudi market regulations and certification systems
Knowledge of international trade and supply chain processes
