We are a growing e-commerce company in the GCC looking for a Sales Agent to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and calls
Answer customer inquiries
Confirm orders and get delivery locations
Follow up with customers and courier companies until delivery is completed


Requirements:

Fluent in English and Hindi (both required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, organized, and able to handle a high number of customers daily (200–400)
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
