A reputable construction & contracting company in Riyadh is hiring a *Senior Safety Officer* to join our team immediately.

*Job Description*
- Lead HSE implementation on site as per KSA labor law, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and daily inspections
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and ensure corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to staff and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients and government inspectors during HSE audits

*Requirements*
1. *Experience:* Minimum 8 years as Safety/HSE Officer in construction or industrial projects in KSA/GCC
2. *Education:* Diploma/Bachelor’s in Safety, Engineering, or related field
3. *Certifications:* NEBOSH IGC mandatory. IOSH, OSHA 30-hour preferred
4. *Legal:* Transferable Iqama required. KSA driving license preferred
5. *Skills:* Fluent in English and Arabic, strong knowledge of HSE regulations, incident reporting, and MS Office
6. *Availability:* Immediate joiners preferred. Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
