Key Responsibilities:

Identifying potential clients, including architects, developers, and property managers.

Creating detailed proposals, presenting solutions, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Negotiating contracts, prices, and project specifications.
