Haka Contracting is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Site Supervisor – OHTL Transmission Line Foundation Works for ongoing and upcoming high-voltage transmission line projects in KSA.

✅ Mandatory Requirement

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in KSA in OHTL projects above 132 kV
• Candidates without the above mandatory experience are requested not to apply

✅ Required Experience & Knowledge

Candidates should have strong experience in:

• Access road works
• Foundation pad works
• Piling works
• Pile reinforcement works
• Stub setting and alignment
• Template setting/fixing works
• Open foundation works
• Excavation and backfilling
• Reinforcement and shuttering works
• Anchor bolt fixing
• Concreting and curing activities
• Earthing works
• Foundation leveling and finishing
• Tower foundation execution
• Reading foundation drawings and tower schedules

✅ Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity at site
• Maintain daily progress reports
• Coordinate with project engineers and client representatives
• Execute works as per approved drawings and project schedules

✅ Preferred Skills

• Ability to independently handle site activities and workforce
• Knowledge of EHS and safety procedures
• Experience in handling construction machinery and equipment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic English communication preferred

✅ Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred
• Relevant OHTL transmission line project experience is mandatory
