Job Summary:
Supervising carpentry shop activities and ensuring workers’ production quality and quantity. Scheduling activities. Cost estimation and material requests. Preparing records and reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervising production activities.
• Supervising installation activities.
• Site measurement and 2d drawing.
• Preparing cut lists.
• Production planning and scheduling.
• Material request.
• Machine maintenance and calibration.
• Manpower allocation reports.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Credentials):
Education: High school or higher
Experience: 5+ yrs experience
Licenses/Certifications: NA

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
• Technical Knowledge of cabinets & kitchens making, doors, and furniture
• Knowledge of various materials and applications
• Knowledge of woodworking machans such as panel saw, jointer, thickness planer, edge banding Machain etc.…
• Knowledge of various finishing applications such as oil paints and varnishes.
• Knowledge of safety precautions
• Ability to guide and manage the workers
• Ability to take building measurements and deciding material and labor needs
• Strong communication skills
• Strong planning skills
• Problem solving skills
• Learning skills
• Professional attitude
