Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise all joinery and carpentry works at project sites and workshop
Manage installation of furniture, wall cladding, doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and custom woodwork
Coordinate daily activities of carpenters, painters, polishers, and site workers
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
Monitor material usage and site productivity
Inspect quality of workmanship and finishing standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Prepare daily progress reports and manpower allocation
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations
Handle site measurements, snagging, and final handover activities
Resolve site execution issues and maintain smooth workflow
Plan and schedule joinery production and installation activities

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in joinery and interior fit-out works
Ability to read technical drawings
Strong site supervision and team management skills
Valid driving licence preferred

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: BD 250 + Overtime + Transportation
