We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant with a strong background in Facility Management to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia
At least 2–3 years in a senior or Chief Accountant role
Proven experience in Facility Management companies
Strong knowledge of VAT, Zakat, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
In-depth understanding of Saudi financial regulations and compliance
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Fluency in Arabic and English
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations and financial activities
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Ensure accurate VAT and Zakat filing and compliance
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
Supervise payroll processing and budgeting activities
Lead and manage the accounting team
Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and company policies
Coordinate with auditors and support financial audits
