• Coordinate between the Company and its clients
• Responsible for interaction with Customers and closure of Commercial Terms.
• Responsible for following up with existing customers and developing new opportunities within the assigned territory
• Investigates and helps to resolve complaints, disturbances and violations
• Prepare reports to Leasing Manager


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field real state preferred
• Excellent in use of Microsoft office applications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial real estate, retail and Leasing
• Must be fluent in English
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work against and meet deadlines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically, be self-starter, and execute on projects
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and organizational skills
