ITQAN RASEEL is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to support our business expansion in the Saudi market. The role will focus on developing enterprise clients, large accounts, project opportunities, and strategic business channels.
Our business covers enterprise solutions including ICT connectivity, DIA, VDI, IoT solutions, LED displays, smart terminals, robotics, smart cleaning solutions, and selected China-to-Saudi technology products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia, especially in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
2. Visit and follow up with target clients such as schools, hospitals, industrial parks, EPC contractors, facility management companies, telecom-related clients, government-related organizations, and large local companies.
3. Identify client needs, project opportunities, budgets, decision-makers, and procurement timelines.
4. Arrange client meetings, product presentations, site visits, technical discussions, and proposal follow-ups.
5. Work closely with the internal technical, supply chain, marketing, and management teams to support project progress.
6. Maintain a clear customer pipeline and submit weekly business development reports.
7. Support quotation follow-up, contract negotiation, and payment collection coordination.
8. Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, consultants, contractors, and channel resources.
Requirements
1. Currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
3. Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:
o ICT / Telecom
o ELV / Low Current Systems
o IT Solutions / System Integration
o Facility Management
o Smart Building / Security / CCTV / Access Control
o Enterprise project sales
4. Strong ability to develop new clients and open business opportunities.
5. Able to visit clients regularly and work in a result-oriented environment.
6. Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
7. Transferable iqama is preferred.
8. Driving license and own car are preferred.
9. Must be able to provide examples of previous B2B clients, projects, or business development achievements.
10. Must be comfortable with regular reporting, pipeline management, and performance review.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is practical, active, and result driven. The ideal candidate should not only have contacts, but also be able to turn contacts into meetings, meetings into opportunities, and opportunities into real business progress.
Candidates with experience in enterprise sales, telecom partners, system integrators, ELV companies, facility management companies, or project-based sales will be strongly preferred.
