Job Vacancy: Electrical Draftsman / BIM Modeler
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman / BIM Modeler to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in electrical drafting and BIM modeling for construction projects.
???? Requirements:
• Specialized in Electrical Works.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong proficiency in preparing:
o Electrical shop drawings
o Coordination drawings
o As-built drawings
• Solid experience in quantity take-off for electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of:
o Lighting systems
o Power distribution
o Low current systems
o Cable trays & containment layouts
o Electrical panels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in construction/engineering projects is highly preferred.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, modify, and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
• Develop accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate electrical layouts with other disciplines (MEP & Civil).
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials and systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and consultant requirements.
• Support engineering team in documentation, submissions, and technical reviews.
