Role Summary
We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient inventory management, and superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse team of 250+ employees across 7+ branches
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and compliance
Implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and business growth
Monitor sales performance and manage supplier relationships
Optimize processes and maintain high standards of service quality
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or related industry, preferably in multi-branch operations management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
Experience in inventory management, process optimization, and operational efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and interact with customers
Strong problem-solving skills, focused on customer satisfaction and business results
Proficiency with retail management systems and operational tools
Knowledge of FMCG, supply chain, and quality assurance is an advantage
