Hiring: Outdoor Sales Executive (Automotive & Industrial Products)

We are a leading trading establishment in the Kingdom of Bahrain looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong network in the automotive sector, we want to hear from you.

• Automotive & Industrial Lubricants
• Automotive & Industrial Batteries
• Premium Car Care Products

Key Responsibilities:-
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with garages, workshops, transport companies, and retail outlets across Bahrain.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and supply chain updates to maximise sales potential.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:-
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hardcore outdoor sales experience specifically in Lubricants, Batteries, and Car Care products
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for managing sales reports, maintaining client databases etc.
• Network: Strong existing relationship network with local automotive workshops, spare parts dealers, and fleet owners within Bahrain
• Skills: Good communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi / Malayalam will be advantage).
• License: Must possess a valid Bahrain Driving License (with a sound knowledge of Bahrain routes).
