Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, dealerships, and service centers, providing exceptional support related to vehicle sales, after-sales service, parts, warranties, and technical inquiries. The ideal candidate is passionate about automobiles, excels in problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media regarding vehicle features, specifications, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, recalls, and warranty claims.
3. Provide accurate information on automotive parts, accessories, pricing, availability, and compatibility.
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues related to vehicle performance, service quality, or billing with professionalism and empathy.
5. Process orders for parts and accessories while coordinating with inventory and logistics teams.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
7. Educate customers on vehicle features, safety guidelines, and best maintenance practices.
8. Collaborate with service technicians, sales teams, and management to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
9. Stay up-to-date with new vehicle models, technologies (e.g., EVs, ADAS), and industry trends.
10. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction (CSAT) and performance targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field is a plus.
2. 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive, retail, or service industry.
3. Strong knowledge of automotive terminology, vehicle systems, and common issues.
4. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dealertrack) and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
7. Valid driver’s license (may be required depending on the role).
8. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings (common in automotive retail/service).

1. Technical aptitude and interest in cars, electric vehicles, or emerging automotive technologies.
2. Bilingual abilities (a strong plus in diverse markets).
3. Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
