Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and associated services.
- Manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including anti‑virus, patch management, and access controls.
- Assist in the design and deployment of IoT/IIoT solutions in collaboration with project teams.
- Conduct regular system backups, disaster‑recovery testing, and documentation of procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, and network assets.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and service contracts.
- Provide training and guidance to end‑users on best practices and new technologies.
Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation for critical incident resolution.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in IT Systems and Network Administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Hands‑on experience with system administration on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Location

Eastern Province, Qasim, Jouf, Hail, Madinah, Makkah, Tabuk, Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Northern Borders.

Desired Experience & Skills

- Experience supporting IoT or IIoT deployments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Certification such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft MCSA is advantageous.
- Understanding of ITIL or similar service‑management frameworks.

Salary & Benefits

Annual salary of SAR 8,000.
Contract period: 36 Months
