⏩ RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔵Electrical Containment & Routing:
1) Installing PVC, EMT, and GI conduits
2) Mounting cable trays, trunking, and ladders
3) Bending and cutting containment on-site
4) Fixing brackets and threaded rod supports
🔵Fixtures & Device Fit-out:
1) Mounting wiring accessories and switches
2) Installing indoor/outdoor lighting and chandeliers
3) Connecting industrial isolators and disconnects
4) Wiring motion sensors and dimming switches
🔵Distribution Board (DB) Termination:
1) Dressing internal panel wires neatly
2) Installing MCBs, ELCBs, and RCCBs
3) Verifying proper three-phase load balancing
4) Tightening terminations to torque specifications
🔵Fault Finding & Maintenance:
1) Continuity testing with digital multimeters
2) Insulation resistance testing via Megger meters
3) Tracing short circuits and open circuits
4) Replacing burnt contacts and loose lugs
🔵ELV & Low Current Containmemt:
1) Routing fire alarm loop containment
2) Pulling Cat6/Cat6A data and voice cables
3) Preparing containment for CCTV and access control
4) Installing SMATV and intercom back-boxes
🔵Advanced Electrical Installations:
1) Handling heavy-gauge armored (XLPE) cables
2) Gland termination and mechanical shrouding
3) Torquing busbar joint bolts with breakaway heads
4) Setting temporary construction power boards on slab floors
5) Laying rooftop lightning protection grids and earth pits
