IT Specialist – Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, managing networks and systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and network devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
Monitor system performance, security, and data backups
Provide technical support to employees and departments
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems
Ensure cybersecurity standards and system updates are properly maintained
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in IT support, networking, or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and security practices
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools
Experience with CCTV, biometric, or access control systems is an advantage
Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
IT Support Officer – Job Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance and ensure efficient IT operations within the organization. The candidate will support users with hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to staff and users
Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and software
Troubleshoot system, email, and internet connectivity issues
Assist users with Microsoft Office and business applications
Maintain antivirus protection and software updates
Support meeting room IT equipment and user devices
Record and track support requests and technical issues
Coordinate with senior IT staff for advanced technical problems
Requirements
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently
Team player with good organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in helpdesk or technical support roles
Familiarity with Windows environment and Office 365
Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems is a plus
