Responsibilities:
• Handle enquiries from students and parents
• Explain academic programs and learning solutions
• Conduct counseling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, and online meetings
• Follow up with prospective students and parents
• Convert enquiries into enrollments
• Maintain CRM and student records
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Pleasant and professional personality
• Strong counseling and relationship-building skills
• Experience in education, admissions, customer service, telesales, or sales preferred
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and Indian education system is an advantage
• Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Arabic language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
