We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate computer-controlled machines to manufacture precision parts. You will play a critical role in our production line, turning technical blueprints into high-quality physical components while ensuring maximum efficiency and strict quality control.ResponsibilitiesProgramming & Setup: Interpret technical drawings/blueprints to program, plan, and set up multi-axis CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, Routers).Operation: Select, align, and load the correct fixtures, cutting tools, and raw materials. Adjust speeds, feeds, and offsets during operation to optimize cycle times.Quality Assurance: Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to ensure adherence to strict tolerances.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot hardware or programming errors, and perform tool changes.Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with site safety regulations and maintain a clean, highly organized workstation.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Proven experience (typically 2-5+ years) as a CNC Machinist or in an advanced machining role.Technical Skills: Strong ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and CAD models. Proficiency in G&M codes or relevant controller software (e.g., Haas, Mazak, Fanuc).Math Skills: Above-average aptitude in geometry and trigonometry.Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift heavy materials
