A Global Manpower Solution and Construction services company in Saudi Arabia is seeking two (2) highly experienced Female Marketing Managers to join our team immediately. The primary focus of this role is client management and expanding our construction manpower supply network.

📋 Key Job Details
Total Openings: 2 Positions

Target Candidates: Female candidates only (GCC country Experts Only)

Duty Hours: 8 hours per day

Company Provision: Full transportation provided

Annual Vacation: 21 Days paid leave per year

Basic Salary+Salse Incentive

Location: Riyadh HQ Office

Contract Duration: 3 To 4 Years

🎯 Major Responsibilities
Client Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with main contractors, project managers, and key stakeholders in the construction sector.

Manpower Supply Sales: Proactively secure contracts for the supply of skilled and unskilled construction manpower to major infrastructure and mega-projects.

Business Development: Identify and pitch our manpower services to new construction entities across the region.

CRITICAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum experience requirements listed below.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of active marketing experience inside the GCC specifically within the construction/infrastructure field.

Proven track record in client management and a strong existing network within the GCC construction sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
