### Job Title

**Electrical Projects Engineer**

### Job Purpose

To oversee the design, execution, and successful delivery of all electrical works within fit-out projects, ensuring quality, safety, compliance with regulations, budget control, and adherence to project schedules.

### Key Responsibilities

#### 1. Design and Planning

* Prepare electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
* Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and lighting and power distribution design.
* Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and relevant international standards.
* Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates.
* Support tendering, procurement, and material selection processes.

#### 2. Project Execution and Management

* Supervise electrical installation works on-site.
* Monitor workmanship quality and conduct inspections.
* Manage subcontractors, technicians, and site teams.
* Track project schedules and address delays or technical issues.
* Coordinate with other disciplines, consultants, and clients.
* Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

#### 3. Testing and Handover

* Supervise testing and inspection of electrical systems.
* Manage commissioning and system start-up activities.
* Train client representatives and prepare final handover documentation.

#### 4. Safety and Compliance

* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
* Adhere to government regulations, electrical codes, and technical standards.

#### 5. Continuous Improvement

* Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies, codes, and industry practices.
* Propose innovative engineering solutions and process improvements.

### Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 5–6 years of experience in electrical projects, preferably in fit-out or construction projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, and Dialux.
* Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, IEC, NFPA, and NEC standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of English (written and spoken).
* Valid Saudi driving license.
