Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives and sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge of building materials (timber and plywood), and demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies while maintaining customer relationships in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Sales Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and ensure the sales team achieves monthly and quarterly sales targets for timber, plywood, and related products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high-quality customer service standards.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, identify sales opportunities, and develop competitive strategies within the building materials sector in KSA.
• CRM Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system (Zoho CRM) to maintain clean sales pipeline and customer data hygiene.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Territory Management: Oversee the assigned territory, coordinate with team members, and ensure effective coverage of customer base.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and SOPs in all sales operations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in building materials, timber, or plywood industry
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and distribution channels
• Previous experience in Middle East / GCC markets
