Job Requirements & Compensation Structure

Requirements:

Must have a valid Iqama and valid motorcycle driving license.

Accommodation (residence) will be arranged by the employee.

Food expenses will be borne by the employee.

Monthly target: 650 orders.


Compensation Plan:

Option 1: Company-Provided Bike

Earn 3,250 SAR upon completing 650 orders per month.

For orders 651–700, earn an additional 5 SAR per order.

For orders above 700, earn 7 SAR per order.


Option 2: Own Bike

Earn 3,950 SAR upon completing 650 orders per month.

For orders 651–700, earn an additional 5 SAR per order.

For orders above 700, earn 7 SAR per order.


Note: Incentive rates are applied only after achieving the specified order thresholds.
