*Junior Accountant Required – Bahrain*
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Bahrain.
*Requirements*:
* Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / Commerce
* Proficiency in Tally Prime
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
* Ability to manage company accounts and administrative tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Fresh graduates with relevant accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply
*Job Responsibilities*
* Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately in Tally Prime.
* Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
* Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment to suppliers and vendors.
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Maintain petty cash records and monitor company expenses.
* Support payroll preparation and maintain employee attendance records when required.
* Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial and administrative documents.
* Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
* Assist in VAT and other statutory compliance requirements as applicable.
* Prepare quotations, contracts, and other business-related documents.
* Manage office correspondence, emails, and administrative records.
* Maintain inventory records and assist in procurement documentation.
* Generate management reports and provide administrative support to management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and Bahrain Labour Law requirements.
* Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
*Salary & Benefits:*
* Salary: 200 BHD per month
* Accommodation: Provided by the company
* Working Hours: 8 hours per day
* Weekly Off: Friday
* Public Holidays: As per Bahrain Labour Law
* Other benefits and entitlements as per Bahrain Labour Law
