- Coordinate with the directors of departments to focus on the budgets and assure that they do not exceed specified numbers. Review and report that to the Management.
- Set studies of the feasibility of future projects and when this implementation of these projects should be finish.
- Hold regular meetings with the directors of departments to ensure the priorities of the company.
- Evaluate employees in coordination with director of departments.
