Job Title: HR & Government Relations Administrator
Location: Riyadh
Salary: SAR 5,000 per month
Joining: Immediate preferred
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR & Administration professional who can manage Saudi government portals, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR administrative functions.
The role requires someone familiar with HR compliance systems in Saudi Arabia and capable of independently handling employee records, government processes, and official documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Government Portals & Compliance
• Manage and process transactions through QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, Balady, and related government portals
• Handle employment contract uploads, transfers, and updates in QIWA
• Manage employee registration and updates in GOSI
• Process visa-related documentation and Muqeem updates
• Coordinate with GRO for iqama issuance, renewal, exit re-entry visas, and final exit procedures
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and government requirements
HR Administration
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Prepare HR letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, employment verification, warning letters, and contract amendments
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Assist in payroll data preparation and employee record updates
• Track employee documentation such as passports, iqama copies, and contract records
Office Administration
• Maintain company administrative records and internal documentation
• Coordinate with management regarding HR requests and administrative support
• Handle internal communication related to HR matters
• Assist with recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
• Support general office administration activities when required
Requirements
• Must have transferrable Iqama.
• Experience handling Saudi HR and government portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Balady, etc
• Good understanding of Saudi labor processes including iqama, visa procedures, and employee documentation
• Strong documentation and letter drafting skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks
• Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Profile
• Expat candidate preferred
• Prior experience in HR administration or GRO coordination in Saudi Arabia
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: SAR 4,000 - 4,500 per month
• Location: Malaz Riyadh
