Handle Special Requests – Arrange customer preferences and special requirements whenever possible.
Resolve Issues – Address booking errors, changes, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally.
Process Payments – Handle deposits, payments, and billing information when required.
Promote Services – Upsell upgrades, packages, and additional services to increase revenue.
