MUST SEND MULTIPLE EXAMPLES OF BEFORE / AFTER WORK

The role includes color and exposure correction, and DETAILED Photoshop retouching to a high-end, natural finish.

Strong culling judgement and skin-tone accuracy are essential. This is not preset-only work.

Please share before/after examples of portrait or wedding work and confirm your experience with both Lightroom CC and Photoshop and any other related software.

Core responsibilities
• Cull images from full shoot folders (story-driven, quality-based selection, not just duplicates) - NOT using AI
• Lightroom editing
• Exposure, white balance, tone curve - must know colour theory
• Color correction (skin tone accuracy is critical)
• Lens corrections & consistency across the set
• Photoshop retouching
• SKIN RETOUCHING (non-plastic, frequency separation / dodge & burn)
• Cleanup (blemishes, flyaways, distractions)
• Clothing fixes, background cleanups where needed
• Background removal / MANIPULATION
• Final polish to a high-end, natural finish
• Deliver final, client-ready images aligned to your brand style

Non-negotiable skills
• Advanced Lightroom Classic
• Advanced Photoshop (portrait retouching, not graphic design)
• Strong culling judgement
• Ability to match any style or color profile
