Job Summary

The Maintenance technician is a dynamic role that preserve the excellent condition and
functionality of our business premises. The Maintenance technician will have to efficiently manage
and maintain all the restaurants, Central Kitchen, Warehouses & office facilities, owned, leased
and/or operated by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend breakdowns, identify fault and solve problems with minimal downtime to operations.

• Perform basic maintenance of Kitchen equipment, Appliances and AC units installed in the branches.

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair
circuit breaker panels etc.)

• Perform maintenance of plumbing systems (Installing water supply connections, drains lines
and faucets., replacing water filters etc.)

• Perform basic carpentry works (Cabinet repairs, door locks, hinges, etc.)

• Performing Periodic Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of critical equipment (HVAC Systems,
Kitchen Equipment, Electricals, Fire Protection, Filter Systems, etc.)

• Install fixtures, outlets, terminal boards, switches, and wall boxes, using hand tools.

• Ensure all works performed by outsource contractors are in accordance with brand and
company’s standards.

• Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of equipment and other appliances.

• Maintain a record of maintenance expenses and submit weekly report to Supervisor.


Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing systems.
• Well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Can communicate in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and after-office hours.
• Must have a Transferable Iqama and valid Driving license.
