Hiring: Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our food delivery operations team in Dammam.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food delivery, logistics, or rider operations.
Experience in managing delivery riders and monitoring daily operational performance.
Ability to handle rider onboarding, attendance, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Experience in coordinating with delivery platforms and resolving operational issues.
Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
Must be currently based in Dammam with a valid Iqama.

Salary:
Up to SAR 3,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
