C.N.C TECH R2040: Large format CNC Router (for wood, MDF, plastics, and composites).
G WEIKE LASER 6000W WITH TUBE LF3015GAR Fiber Laser Cutting Machine (3000mm x 1500mm) with exchange table system (for sheet metal

CNC Router Operations (R2040):
Operate the C.N.C TECH R2040 for cutting, engraving, and drilling wood and composite materials.
Manage vacuum table setup and dust extraction systems.
Perform tool changes and calibrate the machine for precision cuts.
Fiber Laser Operations (LF-3015GAR):
Operate the LF-3015GAR Fiber Laser cutter for sheet metal processing (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
Utilize nesting software (e.g., CypCut) to optimize material usage and cutting paths.
Manage the shuttle/exchange table system for efficient loading and unloading of sheets.
Monitor assist gases (Nitrogen/Oxygen/Air) and laser focus settings.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
Specific Skills:
Proven experience operating C.N.C TECH routers (specifically the R2040 model is a plus).
Proven experience operating Fiber Laser Cutters (specifically LF-3015 series or similar 3kW+ machines).
