Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup: Install, wire, and assemble electrical appliances, indoor/outdoor lighting fixtures, ballasts, and lighting control systems.

Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Use diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, clamp meters) to identify electrical faults, short circuits, or mechanical issues.

Repairs & Maintenance: Disassemble faulty equipment, repair or replace damaged parts (switches, cables, motors, circuit boards), and reassemble to manufacturer specifications.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations meet local electrical codes and safety standards.

Adhere strictly to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Customer Service: Explain repair options, provide cost estimates, collect payments, and educate clients on the proper use of their equipment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules.
