Alessa Logistics Services (ALS) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Transport Coordinator to join our growing logistics operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transportation requests and dispatch schedules.
Assign vehicles, drivers, and equipment efficiently to maximize fleet utilization.
Monitor vehicle movements, GPS tracking, and delivery status.
Ensure compliance with Saudi transportation regulations, permits, licenses, and TGA requirements.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with workshop teams.
Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and fleet utilization analysis.
Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and operational efficiency.
Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation.


Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in transportation coordination, fleet management, or logistics operations.
✔ Experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in logistics, construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors.
✔ Strong knowledge of:
Fleet Scheduling & Dispatching
Route Planning & Optimization
Driver Management
Vehicle Maintenance Coordination
GPS Tracking Systems
TGA Regulations
Saudi Transportation Compliance

✔ Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
✔ Fluent English communication skills.
