We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee glass and aluminium installation projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and hands-on experience in the glass and aluminium industry, with strong project coordination, site supervision and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to glass and aluminium installation works.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage installation teams and subcontractors on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and inventory at project sites.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Verify measurements and coordinate with fabrication and production teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in glass and aluminium installation projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience supervising installation teams and site operations.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Transferable iqama
