We are looking for an experienced Project Cost Estimator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
📈 Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare detailed cost estimates and project quotations for:
• uPVC Windows & Doors Systems
• Curtain Walls
• Skylights & Dome Structures

✅ Conduct estimation and cost analysis ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

✅ Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and Job Orders.

✅ Develop and modify AutoCAD drawings, including villa layouts and building elevation drawings.

✅ Perform site surveys and measurements to support project execution.

✅ Coordinate closely with Sales and Project Teams to understand client requirements and technical specifications.

✅ Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate estimates.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Project Estimation & Cost Analysis
• uPVC Windows & Doors Systems
• Curtain Wall Projects
• Skylights/Dome Projects
• AutoCAD Drafting
• BOQ Preparation
• Site Surveying & Measurements

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD for villa and building elevation drawings.

✔ Strong understanding of façade, glazing systems, fabrication processes, and installation methods.

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

✔ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
